Weddings

Our unique and intimate licensed wedding venue can accommodate up to 70 guests for the ceremony and daytime, with space for an additional 30 people in the evening. We can accommodate up to 25 hotel guests in our eleven bedrooms.

Lairds House is a lovingly restored Georgian House, with eleven bedrooms and a private enclosed garden. The House can be hired exclusively or partially depending on your requirements. Even if the whole House is not used, your wedding will still have exclusive use of the Front and rear entrances and gardens, providing that exclusive feel.

Lairds is a family run independent business, so we have the flexibility to meet your needs to ensure your special day is just that! Wedding ceremonies being conducted in your choice of two rooms or the rear garden, during the summer months.

Our wedding team can help guide you through to your wedding day at Lairds House and we can recommend everything needed including florists, photographers and music from our list of tried and tested suppliers.

To allow you to pick the perfect food and wine for your wedding breakfast, we will invite you and your partner to try a sample menu and wines.

On the day of the wedding, a dedicated wedding team member will be on hand to ensure the day runs smoothly.
